Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy
Telos Collective provides a collaborative space for independent practitioners to offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). We supply the therapeutic environment and essential tools for delivering KAP effectively, including a range of resources to support both practitioners and clients.
At Telos Collective, KAP is practiced by independent therapists who utilize our spaces to conduct their sessions. While we currently collaborate with specific medical professionals for support when necessary, our model is designed to empower practitioners with the autonomy to manage their own practice within a well-supported framework.
Below, you'll find profiles of independent practitioners offering Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy within the Telos Collective space. Please contact KAP practitioners directly for inquiries.

Evonne Noble, LMHC
Meet Evonne Noble, a former teacher, financial coach, and licensed mental health therapist. Evonne is passionate about working with clients addressing topics that many consider taboo - money, sex, death, and psychedelics. Evonne specializes in both individual and relationship therapy, employing a unique blend of Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gestalt, Gottman Method, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) modalities into her work. Her approach emphasizes deep compassion, phenomenology, parts work, and tracking cycles driven attachment patterns.
Evonne has expanded her healing offerings beyond the traditional office therapy setting into several avenues. She offers multi-day relationship intensives as well as weekend couples retreats; she offers financial therapy retreats for couples, eco healing retreats for individuals with climate grief & anxiety, and since 2022 Evonne has worked as a psychedelic doula, first earning her Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy certification with Telos in 2022 and then her Psychedelic Doula Certificate with the Psychedelic Doula Academy in 2024. Evonne offers a safe and supportive environment for clients exploring the potential for healing via these transformative psychedelic journeys.

Madeleine (Maddi) Turner, LMHC
Maddi’s journey to becoming a therapist started through her own mental health journey and the tools she picked up along the way. Always fascinated by story-telling and the human experience, she studied Theatre as an undergraduate before transitioning to focus on Sociology and Psychology. Through this transition, Maddi began working with psychedelics and plant medicines and exploring the role they play in mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
After completing her undergraduate degree, Maddi began working as a state certified medical cannabis consultant, supporting hundreds of patients in finding relief in their cannabis journeys. In doing this work, Maddi witnessed so many patients who weren’t just in physical pain, but emotional as well. People at their limits. People looking for help and answers. People with nowhere left to turn. Having experienced the limits of the system herself, Maddi felt called to share the unconventional methods of healing she found to be so powerful.
Through somatic approaches such as Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) tapping, the use of psychodynamic tools such as tarot, dreamwork, and imagery, and modalities such as psychedelic assisted psychotherapy, Maddi supports clients in navigating through life’s challenges, processing and integrating past experiences, and reconnecting them with their inner wisdom. Maddi recognizes the importance of the mind-body-spirit connection, the healing power of community, and honors the inner healer that lives within us all. As a queer, neurodivergent Burner, Maddi strives to empower and support members of her community and create positive ripples to the community at large."
